For years, as a professional, entrepreneur, and mother, I lived under the "illusion of the indispensable engine." I firmly believed that if I didn’t hold everything together, everything would crumble. But the cost was very high: exhaustion, a progressive loss of purpose, and the feeling that I was surviving my own success instead of living it.
Along the way, I lost myself. ​ That dissatisfaction and loss of identity became an invitation to a deep inner journey. I discovered that productivity is not a race against the clock, but a journey of energy, flow, and authenticity.
